摘要
LED是一种应用广泛的电子设备,但把其安装在其它设备前都要进行检测确保其正常工作。目前使用的是手工检测,但该方法速度慢,效率低,且对工作人员眼睛伤害较大。为解决这一问题可以使用模板匹配方法,让计算机自动检测。但是由于生产环境的不稳定性,摄像头和数码管之间容易产生偏差,使模板匹配效果不佳。为了更加有效地进行检测,实验表明可以使用动态模板。该方法针对每一次检测生成新的模板,然后使用新模板进行匹配检测,解决了摄像头和数码管之间偏差造成模板匹配失准的问题。
Seven- segment LED is widely applied electronic equipment. It must be tested to ensure its effectiveness before fixing it to other equipments. This recent job worked by man is slow, low efficiency and harmful to workers' eyes. To solve this problem, template matching method is used by computer. However, because of the unstable producing environment, the relative locations between camera and LED are not always the same during different LED's test and the matching is not very good. Therefore, an approach based on dynamic template is recommended, in which a new template is made during every test and these new templates are used to test recent LED. Experiments proved that it can solve the above problems well.
