The Solution Based on PLC to Moving Deviation Control in Steel Plate Printer

分析了钢板打印机在实际生产中存在钢板跑偏问题及产生的原因,提出了一种解决跑偏问题的具体办法和硬件改造措施。实验结果表明,系统获得了良好的控制效果,为企业进行技术改造提供了一种途径。

The problems of plate moving deviation of steel plate printer existing in the practical production and the corresponding causes were analyzed. The means to solve this plate moving deviation and its way in the hardware improvement are proposed. The experiment results showed that the appropriate controlling efficiency was obtained in the system, which provides one way for the skill reconstructing of the enterprise.
