摘要
用粉末冶金法制备镍基多孔载体,并采用电沉积的方法,对膜的表面进行修饰.研究结果表明:添加剂用量可以显著提高载体的透气度,但最大孔径也较大(3μm).为了提高过滤精度,本实验采用电镀对多孔载体表面进行修饰,在优化条件实验下制得的微滤膜精度较高,最大孔径小于0.62μm;透气度范围为(8-10)×10^-4m/(Pa.h).
The study on preparing microfiltration nickel membrane was carried out in this paper. The factors that can affect the property of the sintered porous plates were studied carefully. It was found that the content of additive can greatly improve the permeability of the sintered plates, but the maximal pore size is also enlarged. In order to improve the quality of the sintered plates, the surface of the plates was modified by electroplating. Under the optimal conditions the membrane has smaller pore size with reasonable permeability.
