手法运动配合中药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病

Treatment of CSA with massage plus exercises accompanied with herbs

目的:观察手法运动配合中药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:78例椎动脉型颈椎病患者急性眩晕给予西其汀静滴,缓解期给予按摩手法及中药辨证治疗,并指导功能锻炼。结果:结合《中医病症诊断疗效标准》统计,2周后治疗总有效率97.4%,4个月后总有效率91.2%。结论:手法运动配合中药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of massage, exercises accompanied with herbs.Methods 78 patients with CSA were treated with Betahistine in acute vertigo period and massage, function exercises accompanied with herbs treatment was given in the remission period. Result According to the diagnostic and therapeutic effect standards of TCM Symptoms the total effective rate was 97.4% after 2 weeks while it was 91.2% after 4 months.Conclusion Well therapeutic effect can be maintained to treat CSA with massage,, exercises accompanied with herbs
