杨鉴冰教授对中医“天癸”生理作用的学术探讨

Discussion of Prof. Yang,Jianbin on physiological function of Tiangui in TCM

中医理论认为"天癸"是一种物质,在人体生长发育、生殖过程中,起着重要环节。杨鉴冰教授据此对天癸在女性生理生殖的作用理论进行了系统的研究,归纳出促使月经初潮;决定月经周期;促进胞宫发育;保证胎孕正常;调控生理性带液的量色质;促使女性第二性征出现六个方面,进一步完善了天癸对女性生理作用的理论。

TCM theory thinks that ＂tiangui＂ is a substance which plays an important role during the process of human body growth, development and reproduction. Prof. Yang, Jianbin has done systemic research on ＂tiangt, i＂s effect on promoting female physiology and reproduction. She generalized that＂ Tiangui＂ has following six functions, promoting menarehe and determining menstrual cycle and development of uterus, as well as regulating quantity, color, and quality of physiological leucorrhea, and promoting secondary sex characteristics. She further improves function of ＂tiangui＂ on female physiological function.
