摘要
在我国城市社会,住房是影响社会分层的一个关键因素。在渐进式改革的背景下,单位制度与住房制度产生交互作用,导致住房产权的获得既有单位因素,又有市场因素。住房产权的获得方式不但影响到家庭的经济利益,而且还会通过居住隔离、子女教育和就业分化产生系列衍生效应,导致阶层的代际传递。
In Chinese urban society,housing is a key factor of social stratification.In the context of the gradual reform,the unit system and the housing system bring about interaction,which lead to an acquisition of housing property with either units factors or market factors.The way to get housing property is not only affecting the economic interests of the family,but also have series derived effect on their residential communities,children's education and employment differentiation,which leads to inter-generational transmission of their social class.
