影响高掺量粉煤灰烧结砖坯体强度因素的研究

Factors for affecting the body strength of high-mixed fly ash fired brick

研究了不同的工艺配方、不同的粉煤灰,成型后干燥过程中自然干燥、快速干燥和缓慢干燥三种干燥工艺对高掺量粉煤灰烧结砖干坯强度的影响。研究结果表明:选择A类粉煤灰,粉煤灰和页岩掺入量分别为60%、40%,外加3%的S粘结剂和3%的X粘结剂,以50℃为起始温度,每小时15℃的升温速度升至110℃,总干燥时间为24h的缓慢干燥工艺,干坯强度可达2MPa。
