摘要
为探讨盾构切刀与其作业对象的相互作用规律,借助刀具切削性能测试试验台进行了盾构切刀线性切削岩土的试验。通过力的测试试验系统对切削的水平力、垂直力进行了采集和分析,研究得出切刀的几何参数、工作参数和岩土的抗压强度等因素对切刀切削力的影响规律,从而为盾构切刀的选型和设计提供了一定的理论参考。
In this paper, the experiment of the shield cutter's cutting stones is' carried out on the tool machinability test bed for exploring the interactional regulations of the shield cutter and what it acts on. Meanwhile, it collects and analyzes cutting horizontal forces and vertical forces by force-testing system, investigates and gains the regulations of the following aspects influencing the cutting forces, including the cutter's geometric parameters, working parameters, stone pressive strength and so on, and this provides certain theoretical references to lectotvpe and design of the shield cutter.
