基于内力作用原理设计的高压辊磨机挤压辊硬质合金柱钉液压压装装置

摘要 对高压辊磨机挤压辊硬质合金柱钉的装配方法进行了对比分析,证明锤击装配方法不合理;研究了硬质合金柱钉压装力对其装置的作用原理,设计了一种以卡箍形架体为主要结构的基于内力作用原理的高压辊磨机挤压辊硬质合金柱钉液压压装装置。该装置外形尺寸小,重量轻,结构简单,而且能保证装配质量。 Through the contrastive analysis of the ways fitting the carbide pin of the squeeze roller in the high- pressure roller mill, it is concluded that the hammering fitting is not reasonable. So a press-fitting device based on endogenic press is designed according to the principle of the carbide pin' s press-fitting forces acting on the device, which takes the clamp frame as the major structure, has advantages of small figure, lightness, simple structure, and guarantees the fitting quality.
