Study on the parameter optimization of roughly crushing machines in Longhua Longtai concentration plant

对1台PE600×900与1台PE750×1060复摆颚式破碎机的工况参数进行了优化。优化前,2台破碎机共同工作时每年仅能达到120万t的处理量,优化后可达155.6万t,且设备故障率没有明显变化。

Operating parameters of PE 600×900 and PE 750×1060 compound-pendulum jaw crushers are optimized. Before optimization, their process load is 1.2 million tons per annum when they are working simultaneously, but that is up to 1.556 million tons after optimization, and the equipment fault rate changes unobviously.
