摘要
以4种不同的配比方法对球磨机研磨介质进行配比,并在实验室二维试验样机上进行研究。通过不同转速率下所拍摄的配比介质运动状态图片,研究了介质中不同直径钢球的运动状态,提出其运动轨迹的不同之处,并分析造成不同运动形态和状态的原因。
The paper introduces that grinding medium is mated by four different mating ways and an experiment is carried out on 2D test prototype in a laboratory. Then, it investigates the motion states of different steal balls,promotes differences of their trails, and analyzes factors leading to these different trails and states.
