摘要
介绍了节肢振动筛结构特点,建立了惯性直线振动筛系统的运动微分方程,并进行了响应分析,利用有限元分析软件建立了振动筛的有限元模型,对其正常工作和停机过共振区2种工况进行了有限元计算分析和模态分析,分析结果表明筛机的结构强度是安全的,工作时筛机运行稳定,不会发生共振现象,为研究该类机械的设计提供了理论参考。
The structural characteristics of the articulatory vibration screen are introduced. The movement differential equation of the inertia linear vibrating screen system is established, and the response analysis is also carried out. The finite element model of the vibration screen is established by the finite element analysis software. The finite element calculation and model analysis are executed according to two kinds of working conditions, the normal work condition and shut down over the resonance region. The results show that the structural strength of the screen machine is safe. The screen machine can run steadily at work, with no resonance phenomenon happening. The study can provide a theoretical reference for the design of similar machines.
