旋流器流量分率的数值模拟研究

Study on the numerical simulation of flow ratio in cyclones

运用数值模拟的手段,借助Fluent软件对特定旋流器流量分率进行了数值模拟研究,定量地得到溢流口及入口结构、进料流量以及压降比同流量分率的关系,对所得结果进行全面系统的分析,进一步明确了影响流量分率的主要因素,所得结果准确真实,可指导旋流器的设计及应用。

The numerical simulation research on flow ratio in cyclones using Fluent software through the method of numerical simulation is carried out and the relations from the overflow gate, inlet structure, feeding flow, pressure drop ratio and flow ratio are obtained quantitatively. Besides, the results are analyzed completely and systematically and the main factors affecting flow ratio are clarified. The result is authentic and accurate, which can be used to direct the design and application of cyclones.
