The causes leading to clogging of the wire mesh in vibrating condition are analyzed, and the method using self-cleaning function of triangle-profile mesh to solve the clogging problem is proposed. By comparing with the three different types of anti-blocking screens, and the attention cautions while assembling screen and the typical requirements in application as well as the possibility reason to cause damaging screen are expounded.
