治疗2型糖尿病新药——Saxagliptin

摘要
目前，糖尿病已成为全球主要的健康问题。虽然治疗糖尿病的药物种类及数量均较多，但其导致的高死亡率已反映出现在的治疗方法并不能充分、有效地控制血糖水平，且其中多数药物都不可避免地会出现副作用，如致患者体质量增加、低血糖症等。因此，探索具有高安全性和有效性的新治疗靶点及新方法具有重要意义。
