The Differences between Caring Education and Character Education

自20世纪80年代开始,美国兴起两种道德教育的新革命:关怀教育与新品格教育运动。这两种道德教育分别从女性主义关怀伦理的视角和社群主义美德伦理的基础出发,对道德教育的理论基础、内容、方式等方面提出了两种不同的观点,重新诠释了道德教育的内涵,对我国新时期的道德教育有借鉴和指导意义。

The paper discusses two renewed moral education movements in America in the 1980s-caring education and character education, which bring forward different standpoints in the source of theories, the content of theories, the methods of moral education and the connotation of moral education, from the perspective of feminist and the foundation of community.
