摘要
研究了柠檬酸渣、钢渣掺入量和钢渣比表面积等3个因素对水泥物理化学性能的影响,并探索了柠檬酸渣代替天然石膏作水泥缓凝剂的可行性。结果表明,柠檬酸渣掺入量为3%,钢渣掺入量为15%,钢渣比表面积为354.6m2/kg时,水泥的力学性能最佳;柠檬酸渣掺量为4%时,缓凝作用明显。柠檬酸渣与天然石膏的掺量相同时,其早期强度高于掺天然石膏的水泥样品。采用柠檬酸渣配制水泥时,水泥物理力学性能无不利影响,可以代替天然石膏作水泥缓凝剂。
Here is a study on the effect of the three factors such as citric acid residue incorporation, steel slag incorporation, steel slag surface area proportion on the physical and chemical properties of cement and the feasibility that citric acid residue takes the pace of the natural plaster as a cement retarder. The results from the study show that when the admixture of citric acid residue accounts for 3 % , steel slag 15 % , the steel slag surface area proportion is 354.6 m^2/kg, mechanical properties of cement is the best. And citric acid residue admixture plays a significant role in the setting time when it makes 4 %. Compared with the cement sample made of the same amount of natural gypsum, the cement with the incorporation of citric acid residue has higher early strength. In addition, incorporation of citric acid residue hasn't any adverse effects on the physical and mechanical properties of cement and thus it can substitute for natural gypsum as a cement setting retarder.
