世纪之交美日教师专业化发展历程及启示

摘要 20世纪未至21世纪初,美国、日本针对各自的教育现状,先后掀起了大规模的教师教育改革浪潮。这些改革不仅涉及教师社会地位的提升,更强调教师专业化水平的提高。
