摘要
采用PID控制难以实现工业锅炉燃烧有效控制。在分析工业锅炉燃烧过程的动态特性的基础上提出新的控制策略。针对蒸汽压力控制存在的有自衡过程与无自衡过程,分别采用三阶最佳工程设计方法设计多个控制器,根据蒸汽流量出现的扰动,以及给煤量的变化情况,通过切换选择不同的控制器,从而实现蒸汽压力的有效控制。通过测量烟气含氧量和炉膛温度来准确地判断燃烧情况,同时根据热效率与风/煤比之间的特性,利用专家经验自动寻找最佳风/煤比,从而保证完全燃烧。实际运行效果表明该控制策略适用于一般工业锅炉控制。
