不同波长激光对大鼠白细胞减少模型的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较10.6μm激光和650nm激光同时或单独照射穴位对大鼠白细胞减少模型的影响。方法:60只外周血白细胞计数在正常范围的Wistar大鼠,随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、假治疗组、10.6μm激光治疗组、650nm激光治疗组和10.6μm-650nm双波长激光治疗组,每组10只。除正常对照组外,其余5组大鼠采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺(100mg/kg体重)的方法造成白细胞减少模型。根据分组情况,用相应激光照射双侧足三里和大椎穴各1min,每天1次,连续8天,假治疗组固定后将激光输出管口对准穴位,但不开启治疗仪。比较各组大鼠的白细胞计数随时间的变化。结果:注射环磷酰胺后大鼠白细胞计数持续下降,至第5天时达最低值,然后开始上升。双波长激光治疗组经过8天照射治疗后,白细胞计数恢复至正常水平,与空白对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.01),但模型对照组、假治疗组、10.6μm激光治疗组和650nm激光治疗组与空白对照组相比仍有非常显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:10.6μm-650nm双波长激光照射足三里和大椎穴能使白细胞减少模型大鼠的外周白细胞计数较快恢复正常,但两种激光单独照射时无此作用,提示10.6μm激光和650nm激光同时照射穴位时可能产生协同治疗作用。 Objective: to assess the effect of 10.6μm laser and 650nm laser simultaneously or separately irradiation on the rat with leucopenia. Methods :60 Wistar Rats with normal white cell count(WBC) in blood, were randomly allocated to control, model, sham laser, 10.6μm laser, 650μm laser and 10.6μm -650nm laser groups, 10 in each group. The leucopenia model was established byi. p. cyelophosphamide 100mg/kg weight. Corresponding laser irradiation was administrated on ST36 and DU14 for lmin, 1 times per day, 8 days totally. The WBC in blood collected from tail end every two days after model established was taken as assess index. Results:The WBC of rats decreased continually from the second day after injected cyclophosphamide, and to the lowest level on the fifth day, then began to recover. The WBC of 10. 6μm -650nm laser group reach the normal level after 8 days laser irradiation, and had no difference with the control group(P 〉 0.01 ), but the model, sham laser, 10.6μm laser and 650nm laser group had very significant difference with the control group(P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion: 10.6μm CO2 laser and 650nm semiconductor laser simultaneously irradiation on ST36 and DU14 can accelerate the recovery of the WBC on the rat with leucopenia. But neither 10.6μm CO2 laser nor 650nm semiconductor laser irradiation can do it. Therefore it is suggested that a synergetic effect can be induced when the beth laser irradiate simultaneously.
