摘要
设计了一种超小型智能复合开关,在电路选材方面采用多种微型贴片与精简元器件,布局方面应用合理、安全的强弱隔离电路,空间结构方面则是尽量利用高度空间,减少长宽,缩小了体积与重量。电路设计方面采用晶闸管与磁保持继电器相结合的方式,能实现电压过零时投切,电流过零时断开;利用微型单片机芯片对电路进行智能控制,能达到电路多种通信模式与灵活制定工作方式的目的,并添加安全性能极高的保护电路和信号反馈电路。介绍了其在无功补偿方面的应用。与多种电容器经多种连接方式且长时间进行试验,验证了所研制设备的可靠性。
An ultra-small intelligent compound switch is designed,which adopts a variety of micro-chip and simplified components as circuit material selection,applies reasonable and safe isolation circuit in layout,and makes full use of space to reduce size and weight. The combination of thyristor and magnetic latching relay are applied in circuit design to realize zero-voltage switch-on and zero-current switch-off. The singlechip controls the circuit intelligently to implement multiple communication modes and flexible working modes. The protection and signal feedback circuits with high security performance are adopted. Its application in var compensation is introduced. Long time tests for different capacitor types and connection modes verify its reliability.
