中西医结合卒中单元临床研究

目的:研究中西医结合卒中单元对中风病的临床疗效。方法:选择中风病住院病人350例,随机进入中西医结合卒中单元组(治疗组)和西医对照组,卒中单元组200例,对照组150例,主要观察指标有神经功能评价(NIHSS)、认知功能检查(MMSE)、日常生活能力评定(Barthel指数)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和医疗费用、住院时间以及卫生经济学评定。结果:治疗后治疗组病人的神经功能、Barthel指数、认知功能、医疗费用、住院时间以及卫生经济学与对照组病人比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合卒中单元能减少神经功能缺损,有良好的临床疗效。

Objective： Study Stroke Unit of stroke disease clinical efficacy. Methods ： Choice of 350 cases of stroke pa- tients were randomized into the stroke unit in the WM group （treatment group） and Western medicine control group, 200 cases of stroke unit group, 150 cases of the control group, the main observation of neurological evaluation indicators （NIHSS）, cognitive function examination （MMSE）, assessment of activities of daily living （Barthel Index）, self- rating depression scale （SDS） and medical costs, length of stay in hospital and health economics evaluation. Results：After treatment treatment group patients neurological, Barthel index cognitive function, medical expenses, hospitalization time and Health Economics with control group patients differences were statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Stroke unit in the traditional Chinese and western medicine can reduce the neurological deficit, and a good clini-cal efficacy.
