五味子藤茎的生药学研究

Study on the Pharmacognosie of Caulis Schisandra Chinensis(Turcz.) Baill.

目的:对木兰科植物五味子Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.的藤茎进行生药学鉴定,为其开发利用及鉴定提供科学依据。方法:采用性状、显微、薄层鉴定方法。结果:五味子藤茎在外观性状、显微、薄层色谱等方面具有专属性特征。结论:上述研究结果可以为进一步开发利用五味子藤茎提供科学依据。

Objective ： To identify Caulis Schisandra chinensis （ Turcz. ） Baill. by identification of pharmacognosy and provide the scientific evidence of development, utilization and identification. Methods ： The morphological and histological identiification,mieroscopie identiifcation, thin layer chromatography（ TLC ） were adopted. Results：There are exclusive in morphology, microscopic characteristics, thin layer chromatography （TLC）. Conclusion ： The results of the study ean provide the scientific evidence of development, utilization of Caulis Schisandra chinensis（ Turcz. ）Baill.
