养血消风饮对小鼠接触性皮炎的作用及超微结构影响的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:利用小鼠耳廓及背部变应性接触性皮炎模型进行自拟方养血消风饮的药效学研究,为更好地临床应用及药物开发奠定基础。方法:动物分为空白组、模型组、中药治疗组、西药对照组,用二硝基氯苯(DNCB)同时建立小鼠耳廓及背部变应性接触性皮炎模型,对比观察用药治疗前后动物模型耳肿胀度、脏器指数及超微结构的变化。结果:中药养血消风饮可以减轻动物模型的耳肿胀度,降低动物模型的胸腺指数、脾指数,并能够减轻DNCB对动物皮肤超微结构的破坏程度。结论:养血消风饮对小鼠接触性皮炎的发生有抑制作用。 Objective:To testing the efficacy of the herbal medicine Yangxue Xiaofeng Drink by using the mouse models of Allergic Contact Dermatitis (ACD)on its auricles and dorsum, which could establish the foundation for clinical application and new drug development. Methods : All the mouses are seperated into four groups : blank group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine treatment group ,western medicine control group. To build up an ACD mouse model stimulated on its auricles and dorsum by DNCB, then give different treatment to each group, after that measure the swelling degree of mouse's auricles, viscera index, and its ultrastructure of dermal. Results:The herbal medicine Yangxue Xiaofeng Drink could reduce the swelling degree of mouse's auricles, reduce the thymus index and Spleen index, and it also lighting the degree of injury on its ultrastrueture of dermal. Conclusion:It showed inhibition of the herbal medicine Yangxue Xiaofeng Drink against ACD mouse model.
