胆胃舒联合运经仪治疗胆囊息肉的初步观察

An Initial Observation about the Therapeutic Effect of Danweishu & Yunjingyi Treatment on Gallbladder Polyps

目的:观察胆胃舒联合运经仪治疗胆囊息肉患者,以期待发现中医药多途径联合治疗对胆囊息肉生长变化规律的影响,为保守治疗胆囊息肉寻找新的途径和思路。方法:根据病例纳入标准选择本院80例胆囊息肉患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组经胆胃舒联合运经仪治疗3个月后复查彩色超声诊断仪的方法,与空白对照组比较胆囊收缩功能、囊壁的厚度,息肉大小及数量等指标的变化,进行统计学分析。结果:行胆胃舒联合运经仪治疗后,治疗组与对照组相比胆囊收缩功能明显增强,治疗组的胆囊壁厚度变薄明显于对照组,表明胆胃舒颗粒联合推按运经仪能够减轻胆囊壁炎症,排出胆囊内的淤积及有形微粒;治疗组胆囊息肉的大小及数量比对照组有明显降低。在胆囊收缩功能增强,囊壁厚度变薄,息肉缩小甚至消失及数量减少方面的指标与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:证明胆胃舒联合运经仪保守治疗胆囊息肉的有效性,更表明中医药的多途径联合有着一定的临床价值及良好的应用前景。

Objective： In expectation of detecting the therapeutic effect of multiple Chinese medical approaches on gallbladder polyps, this paper gives history records of patients with gallbladder polyps treated by the Danweishu ＆ Yunjingyi,which gives a new way in treating gallbladder polyps. Methods ： 80 gallbladder polyps patients are chosen from the hospital and derided into treatment goup and control group according to random number table. Treat patients in treatment group with the Danweishu＆ Yunjingyi for 3 months, and then compare them with patients in contract group by means of colour ultrasound diagnostic method. They are compared in the average changes about the contraction fimction of gallbladder, thickness of the wall, the size of polyp and numbers. Statistic analysis is given in the end. Results： Patients treated by Danweishu patent and Yunjingyi together show an obviously higher average level in regression of inflammation on strengthened gallbladder contraction function, gallbladder wall decrease in thickness, the therapeutic effect of multiple Chinese medical show on reducing gallbladder imflammation, excreting sedimentation and visable particles. It shows statistical significance in strengthened gallbladder contraction function, thinning out of gallbladder wall, reduced or dispeared polyps （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Concision： The therapeutic effect of Danweishu ＆ Yunjingyi conservative treatment on gallbladder polyps shows the clinical value and the good prospect of multiple appliance of chinese medicine.
