摘要 乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,近年在我国的发病率逐年上升,引起乳腺癌患者死亡的原因几乎均为远处的播散和转移。但研究证实乳腺癌是全身性疾病,早期可能就存在血液、淋巴及骨髓的微转移,应用特异性强、敏感度高的标志物检测出早期处于亚临床的微转移,对乳腺癌患者的预后判断和生存率的提高具有重要的意义。 Breast cancer is a common malignancy of women, the incidence in our country increased year by year, causing the major cause of death in patients with breast cancer are almost disseminated and transfer distance. However, research has shown that breast cancer is a systemic disease, early, there may be blood, lymph node and bone marrow micrometastasiso Application specific, highly sensitive markers of early detection in the sub-clinical micrometastasis of breast cancer patient's prognosis and improved survival rates have important clinical value.
