摘要 膀胱癌是一种常见肿瘤且具高复发率和高进展率。目前已发现了许多相关分子标记物,但尚未筛选出兼具特异性和灵敏度的膀胱癌分子标记物。近年来的研究热点主要集中在p53、Rb、Cyclin D、P27kip-1、FGFR3、Cad-herin、Survivin、Aurora、MMP、VEGF、DNA甲基化等方面。尽管对于不同分期或不同分级的膀胱癌,某一标志物的灵敏度有一定的差异,但分子标记物检测仍将成为膀胱癌诊断及预后的有效工具。 Bladder cancer is a common tumor with a high rate of recurrence and quick progression.Many biomarkers for the detection of bladder cancer have been identified,but none has been reported to date to have sufficient sensitivity and specificity.Recent researches are concentrated on p53,Rb,Cyclin D,P27kip-1,FGFR3,Cadherin,Survivin,Aurora,MMP,VEGF and DNA Methylation.In spite of their different sensitivities for bladder cancer of different stages or degrees,these biomarkers are valuable for its diagnosis and prognosis.
