摘要
目的通过检测正常儿童相同对比度彩色图形视觉诱发电位,并与非彩色图形视觉诱发电位波形进行比较分析,为筛查早期以色觉改变为特征的儿童眼病提供一定的参考。方法用分光光度计控制颜色亮度,在相同对比度条件下设置了非彩色(白/黑)、相同对比度彩色(红/黑、绿/黑)三种翻转棋盘格视觉刺激条件,对21例(42眼)正常儿童进行相同对比度彩色和非彩色图形视觉诱发电位检测。对所得数据采用SPSS11.5统计软件进行分析(包括方差分析和t检验)。结果正常儿童在三种不同的视觉刺激条件下均能记录到稳定的NPN复合波形。在三种刺激条件下,左右眼的相对振幅(P1+N1)、P1波峰时及N1波峰时比较,差异均无统计学意义,其中左右眼振幅的比值平均值为白/黑0.89±0.15,红/黑0.73±0.23,绿/黑0.72±0.24。在三种不同刺激条件所诱发的波形中,红/黑、绿/黑刺激条件下P1及N1波的峰时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相对振幅(P1+N1)比较,白/黑格明显大于红/黑格与绿/黑格刺激,且差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);而绿/黑格相对振幅大于红/黑格,且差异有统计学意义(P=0.04)。结论相同对比度条件下彩色图形视觉诱发电位检查能够在儿童检测中获得稳定波形,可用于儿童眼病的筛查。
Objective To provide a reference for clinical screening of ophthalmopathy in children by investigating and comparing the isocontrast color pattern visual evoked potentials (IPVEP) and achromatic pattern visual evoked potentials (APVEP) of normal children.Methods Three kinds of reverse checkerboard patterns were used as stimuli,including APVEP (white/black) and IPVEP (red/black,green/black).Each pattern had the same luminance contrast.IPVEP and APVEP were recorded from 21 normal subjects (42 eyes).Results Steady NPN waveforms could be recorded under each stimulus condition.The differences in the latencies of P1 and N1 and the amplitude of P1+N1 between the left and right eyes with the three types of patterns were not signifieant (P〉0.05).The average ratios between the left and right eyes were white/black 0.89±0.15,red/black 0.73±0.23,and green/black 0.72±0.24.For whitc/black,the amplitude of P1+N1 was significantly higher than that for red/black or green/black (P〈0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference in the latencies of red/black and green/black patterns (P=0.37).Conclusion The results of this investigation proved that IPVEP can provide steady waves in normal children and can be used to screen ophthalmopathy in children.
