前牙二氧化锆联冠瓷三角的美学处理

Probe into the Anterior ZrO_2 League Teeth Porcelain Triangle of Disposal

目的探讨改善前牙二氧化锆联冠瓷三角美学效果的方法。方法2例上前牙间隙过大行二氧化锆联冠修复的病例,1例采取减少前牙联冠唇侧受光面积,加深两牙连接点处的色彩、减少连接点厚度和舌向退后连接点位置的处理;另外1例未采用以上方法制作氧化锆联冠,对比2种方法修复后的美学效果。结果未采取特别处理的病例出现较明显瓷三角,而另外1例的瓷三角则不明显,患者对修复后的美学效果满意。结论改进临床比色和制作细节,可以消除瓷三角,提高前牙二氧化锆全瓷联冠修复的美学效果。

Objective To discuss the methods of repairing the anterior tooth “poreelain triangle” with ZrO2-league-crown. Methods Reduce the photie area with the ZrO2-league-erown repairing; deepen the color between the two crowns; and try to reduce thickness of the connection while backward the linking point. Take two cases of the patients with spaced anterior teeth. The second case was taken the ZrO2-league-crown while the first did not. Results Comparing the two cases results , evident “porcelain triangle” appeared in the first case, while not in the second case. Conclusion The method can eliminate “porcelain triangle”, improve the aesthetic effect of ZrO2 repair. Conclusion The improvement in clinical eolorimetry and professional operation shadows the space, makes natural transition and eliminate the “porcelain triangle”. And this contributes to the aesthetic effect of ZrO2 -league-erown repairing.
