摘要 目的:观察成年斑马鱼牙齿的组织结构和超微结构特征。方法:以成年斑马鱼(鱼龄>3月)为研究对象,在体视显微镜下,解剖成年斑马鱼腮弓,对其腮弓和牙齿进行阿辛兰和茜素红染色观察、扫描电镜观察和石蜡切片苏木精-伊红染色观察。结果:阿辛兰和茜素红染色显示斑马鱼牙齿位于第五腮弓上,斑马鱼腮弓和牙齿为硬组织结构,具有透明的牙釉质和红染的牙本质。扫描电镜和苏木精-伊红染色显示斑马鱼牙齿的硬组织有类似人牙釉质和牙本质样结构,斑马鱼牙齿也具有牙髓腔,髓腔内也有牙髓样软组织结构,牙髓腔硬组织壁上具有丰富的牙本质小管样结构。结论:成年斑马鱼牙齿在组织结构和超微结构上与人类牙齿具有相似性。 Objective: To research tissue structure and ultramicro structure characteristice of adult zebrafish tooth. Methods: The zebrafish(aged greater than 3 months) were included in this experiment. The integrity pharyngeal arch skeleton was dissected from the adult zebrafish under the stereomicroscope. The form of the pharyngeal arch skeleton and tooth were observed under the stereomicroscope after stained with alcian blue and alizarin red. The morphology of tooth was observed by the scanning electron microscope and the light microscope after paraffinum section and HE staining. Results: Alcian blue and alizarin red staining results showed that adult zebrafish pharyngeal arch skeleton and tooth were similar to bone tissue. The sclerous tissue structure of the zebrafish tooth was very similar to the enamel and dentin of human tooth. The zebrafish tooth also had pulp cavity, with pulp inside. SEM results showed that there were numerous dentinal tubules into the dentin wall of zebrafish tooth. Conclusion: Tissue structure and ultramicro structure of zebrafish tooth is similar to the human tooth.
