摘要
文章在ZS195发动机上的进行不同生物柴油和柴油混合比例经济性能、排放性能及放热规律的试验研究。试验结果显示适当的燃油混合比能改善经济性和排放性;B60比纯柴油的着火始点有2~3度的提前,瞬时放热率的峰值降低;供油提前角减小时,缸内最高压力和最高压力升高率都明显下降,瞬时放热率上升始点有所推迟,最大峰值有所下降,累计放热率达到最高点往后移。
Experimental study on the economy and emission characteristics of different mix scale of diesel and biodiesel was discussed with a DI diesel engine ZS195. The results indicate that the proper fuels blend rate can improve economy and emission characteristics of engine. The combustion beginning of B60 is in advance by 2℃ A -3℃ A compared with pure diesel, The changing trend of the peak value of rate of beat release was decreased; As the delivery advance angles reduce, the peak cylinder pressure and the maximum rate of pressure rise decreased obviously, the beginning of increasing of the changing trend of rate of heat release was delayed, the peak value was declined, the peak of rate of cumulate heat release was delayed.
