随着国际贸易结构的改变,保护知识产权已是不可阻挡的国际潮流.本文在讨论知识产权保护程度与知识创新和知识使用所带来的系统利益之正、负相关基础上,建立了系统利益最大化的最优知识产权保护度的初步抽象模型,并对此模型进行了进一步分析.

With the change of international trade construction,it is an unresistable international trend to protect intellectual property. This paper discusses the positive and negative coherency of the intellectual property protective degree and the system benefits brought about by the new ideas and usages in knowledge.,Based on this,the primary model is established and further analysed, which determines the optimal protective degree of intellectual property maximizing the system benefits.
