摘要
本文应用系统工程理论与方法,结合南水北调中线工程,建立了复杂水资源系统的大系统多目标实时优化调度模型,提出了基于自优化模拟技术的实时调度方法.经实例研究,表明所提模型与方法是可行的.
This paper presents a large-scale system decomposition model for real-time optimal operation of multiobjective water resources system. A auto-optimal simulation algorithm is proposed for real-time operation of the middle route of South-to-North water transfers. The results of case study show the mathematical models and solution technique are feasible.
