BAIC Buys Saab Assets Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation （北京汽车工业控股有限公司）, the fifth largest auto manufacturer in China, has agreed to pay SEI（ 1.4 billion （USD 197 million） for the production equipment and intellectual properly of two models of Saab, a Swedish subsidiary of bankrupt US auto firm GM.
