摘要
工程项目的实施过程中,业主与承包人及其它项目参与人间的摩擦日益严重,对于业主来说,选择一种合适的激励模式及激励强度是至关重要的。以成熟的企业组织激励理论为基础,系统地研究了工程项目组织的激励模式及选择问题,有助于系统地了解工程项目组织激励理论,指导建筑企业的激励实践。
Presently,it is important for the clients to choose a proper incentive mode as well as incentive intensity since the friction between the clients and the contractors or other project participants has become more serious during the execution of engineering projects.The paper systematically assesses the incentive modes and its choice for engineering project organization based on the mature incentive theory for organization from economics.It can motivate them to understand the incentive theory of engineering project organization and direct them to put this theory into practice.
