摘要
采用典型相关分析与逐步回归相结合的方法,利用典型相关分析从众多指标中筛选出宏观经济中与房地产业显著相关的指标,并采用逐步回归的方法,进一步深入探析了宏观经济变量对房地产业各典型指标的影响。
This paper combines the canonical correlation analysis and step regression method,in which canonical analysis is used to explore two groups of macroeconomic variables which have marked correlations with real estate industry,and then step regression method is used to research in the impacts of economic variables to representative variables of real estate industry.
