摘要 初步总结了饮用水处理超滤膜系统工艺设计的关键技术。净水厂超滤膜系统设计前应通过中试获得特定水质条件下准确的膜通量和系统回收率等设计参数,设计时仔细计算,复核比选,在考虑备用量,确保安全性的前提下尽量减少投资。膜系统布局强调合理、紧凑、美观,方便操作,管路布置要流畅,管材选用和设备选型需因地制宜,安全耐用。 The key technologies of ultrafihration membrane drinking water treatment design were primarily generalized. Before the design of the uhrafiltration membrane system for drinking water treatment plant, the pilot test must be carried out to get the design parameters, such as accurate membrane flux and system recycling rate. During the design, careful calculation and recheck should be carried out and the investment should be reduced based on the consideration of the reserve level and safety security. The membrane system layout should be reasonable, compact, beautiful, easy operation, the pipeline layout should be affluent, the pipe material and equipment selection should be suitable for the circumstances, safe and durable.
