二滩—自贡输电线凉山州段地质灾害分析与对策 被引量:5

摘要 在全面调查二滩—自贡输电线路凉山州段地质灾害的基础上,总结了二滩—自贡输电线路地质灾害的类型及产生的原因:造成二滩—自贡线输电设施损坏的地质灾害主要包括滑坡、崩塌、泥石流和斜坡重力蠕变等;复杂脆弱的地质环境是地质灾害产生的内在原因;频率高、强度大且历时短暂的暴雨是地质灾害发生的主要诱发因素;植被破坏、弃土堆放不当和基础开挖处理不到位进一步加重了地质灾害;地震既是二滩—自贡线凉山州段的主要地质灾害之一,也是引起其他主要地质灾害的一个外在原因和重要诱发因素。针对以上原因提出了地质灾害的防治对策。 On the basis of a comprehensive investigation of the geo-hazards in the Liangshan Prefecture section of the Ertan-Zigong Transmission Lines, an in-depth analysis is made in this paper on the types and forming mechanisms of the geo-hazards. The main geo-hazards that cause damages to the transmission facilities include landslide, earth collapse, mud and rock flow and gravity creeps of slopes. The intrinsic cause underlying the geo-hazards is the complex and fragile geo-environment, with high-frequency, high-intensity and short-lived downpours as the inducing factor. And human factors such as deforestation, careless discarding and piling of the excavated soils during construction and improper treatments of tower foundations aggravate the disaster. In the case of the Liangshan section of the Ertan-Zigong line, earthquake is not only one of the main geo-hazards, but also an important inducing factor for other geo-hazards. Preventive countermeasures are proposed in the paper based on the above analysis.
