摘要
针对当前湖北省变电站工程尤其是新建变电站工程的平均单位造价呈逐步上升趋势及变电工程造价水平高于典型造价这2种现象,分析了其产生的原因,并提出了造价控制的措施和合理化建议。
An analysis is made in this paper of the problems that the average unit cost of substation projects, the new ones in particular, goes up gradually, and the cost of a substation is higher than the typical cost. Measures and rational suggestions are proposed on controlling the substation cost.
