摘要
目的:观察持续游泳训练和间歇性负重游泳训练后大鼠纹状体cAMP浓度变化。方法:雄性SD大鼠55只,随机分为对照组、持续训练组、间歇训练组。建立大鼠持续游泳和间歇性负重游泳训练模型,采用大鼠环磷酸腺苷cAMPELISA法,观察大鼠纹状体cAMP浓度变化,并对之进行统计分析。结果:训练后,除间歇组0.5hcAMP值显著低于对照组外(P<0.01),不同训练组各时刻大鼠纹状体cAMP浓度均高于对照组(P<0.01);持续训练后,大鼠纹状体cAMP浓度逐步升高,至0.5h时达到最高值,其后逐渐下降,至4h时仍高于对照组水平,其浓度变化曲线呈先升后降特征;间歇训练后,大鼠纹状体cAMP浓度较对照组明显升高,之后0.5h时急剧下降。1h时cAMP浓度值达到最高值;2h时cAMP浓度较1h时显著下降,但仍高于对照组水平;4h时其浓度又有所升高,整个浓度变化曲线呈锯齿形。结论:cAMP信号系统密切参与纹状体训练调节过程;持续游泳训练后纹状体cAMP浓度变化呈先升后降特征;间歇性负重游泳训练后纹状体cAMP浓度变化呈反复升降特征。
Objective:To observe the cAMP contents in striatum of rats in different moment after endurance swimming and intermittent load swimming. Methods:55 male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, endurance swimming and intermittent swimming group. To establish the endurance swimming and intermittent swimming models in rat, and detect the cAMP contents in striatum of rats in striatum by cAMP ELISA methods. The data is statistically analyzed. Result: 1 ) After exercise, the cAMP contents in striatum of rats in different moment after endurance swimming has higher level than control group (P〈0.01), besides the cAMP contents of the intermittent group at 0.5h is lower than the control group (P〈0.01) ; 2) In striatum, the cAMP contents increase slightly and reach the peak at 0.5 h, then decrease gradually, but the level is still higher than that of control group at 4h after swimming. The change figure of cAMP contents appears the character of firstly rising then dropping moderate- ly after endurance swimming; 3) The cAMP contents in striatum of rats in different moment after intermittent swimming has higher level than control group (P〈0.01 ) but at 0.5 h which has lower level than control group (P〈0.01). After that, the cAMP contents rising rapidly and reach the peak at 1h after swimming, then the cAMP contents drops, at 2h after swimming, the level was still higher than that of control group. The cAMP contents increase after a little. The change figure of cAMP contents appears the shape of zig-zag. Conclusion: The cAMP signal system tightly participate in the process of movement adjustment in striatum, the change figure of cAMP contents show the character of firstly rising then dropping moderately after endurance swimming. The change figure of cAMP contents shows the character of rising then dropping repeatedly after intermittent load swimming.
