文化政策视野下中国武术文化发展研究

Study on Development of Chinese Wushu from the Perspective of Cultural Policy

政府通过制定文化政策对文化发展的相关行为做出选择性的指导和约束以促进文化发展,是当今许多国家文化发展战略的普遍选择。从国家文化政策的视角,立足文化全球化时代,对中国武术文化发展进行探讨。分析了武术文化的历史生成与发展,并从国家文化安全、非物质文化遗产保护、武术文化产业发展与武术文化传播等层面论证了武术文化发展与文化政策结合的必要性。研究认为,中国武术文化发展不应是一个独立的工作体系,必须与国家的宏观文化政策衔接,与社会主流文化发展同步,应该在政府的主导下培育具有中国文化独立品格的武术特质和与之相适应的文化生态环境。

Government through the development of cultural policy and cultural development related behavior guidance and constraints on a selective basis promotes cultural development, many of today＇s national cultural development strategies, a popular choice. From the perspective of national cultural policy, based on culture and the era of globalization, the Chinese wushu and cultural development were discussed. Analysis of the history of wushu culture, generation and development, and from the national cultural security, intangible cultural heritage protection, wushu and cultural industry development and dissemination of wushu described aspects of cul- tural development and the need for integration of cultural policies. Pointed out that the Chinese wushu and cultural development should not be an independent working system, must be the state＇s convergence of cultural polieies, cultural development and social mainstream of sync, it should be under the auspices of the government＇s nurturing qualities of Chinese culture and the world of wushu common cultural identity.
