摘要
在专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计和文献资料分析的基础上,探析了上海市公共体育场(馆)提供公益性体育服务的现状以及上海公共体育场(馆)提供公益性体育服务过程中存在的矛盾与困惑等问题。在此基础上,从制定相关的法律法规、构筑提供公益性体育服务的物质基础、健全与完善提供公益性体育服务的形式与内容、构建提供公益性体育服务的价值补偿机制、制订确保公共体育场(馆)坚持公益性方向的措施等方面提出了进一步激发、提升上海公共体育场(馆)提供公益性体育服务积极性的对策与措施。
Based on expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and literature, this paper discussed the situation of offering commonweal sports services by Shanghai public stadiums and problems existing during the process of offering commonweal sports services. On the base of it, the author gave the countermeasures which further to stimulate and promote the positivity of commonweal sports services by Shanghai public stadiums through building laws, establishing substance basic, and renewing the methods and concepts of commonweal sports services, and building the system of value compensation, testing standards and countermeasures to guarantee the direction to commonweal.
