摘要
临床实习中病历书写实践须得到医学生的重视。应了解目前医疗机构对病历书写的要求、规范。指导医学生的病历书写是教学的要求,充分感知病案中不同内容的训练目的,对医学生完成临床实习有良好的帮助。
Medical students should pay attention to ease history writing in the clinical practice and know the medical institutions＇ requirements and rules on it. It is the teaching requirements to guide medical students writing case history. Full understanding of the different training purpose of different content in the case history is helpful for them to finish the clinical practice.
