再论强化举证责任倒置意识

Discussion of the Principle of Onus Proof Conversion and Enhancement of the Evidence Consciousness of Medical Records

目的论述病案在举证倒置法律中的重要性。方法通过比较2002年以前患方提供的证据与2002年4月1日以后的病案证据指明强化病案管理的重要意义。结果强化病案管理对举证责任倒置具有重要价值。结论强化病案管理,是举证责任倒置,减少医疗纠纷,加强医务人员自身保护意义的主要前提。

Objective To describe the importance of medical records in the quoting inversion. Methods To strengthen the importance of medical records management, proofs provided by patients before 2002 were compared with that provided by medical records after April 1, 2002. Result Quoting inversion is of great significance for improving the management of medical records. Conclusion Improving the management of medical records is the major premise of onus proof conversion, reducing medical disputes, and increasing the self-protection of medical staffs.
