摘要
目的对七年制医学生内科教学查房模式进行改革,缩短由学生变为临床医师的差距。方法对照组:对某班学生进行常规教学查房,并进行测试、试卷评估。试验组:对某班学生进行教学查房改革,并进行同样的测试、试卷评估。结果通过改革后的教学查房的实习,学生成绩较常规教学查房组明显提高(85.7(5.32vs79.1(6.01,p<0.01)。结论通过实习学生主动参与并主持教学查房,提高学生临床思维、沟通、处理的综合能力,并为毕业实习学生的临床能力考核提供了一个量化指标。
objective To reform internal medicinal clinical rounds of master externe, and shorten the gap from student to doctor, and to provide an index for exam clinical ability. Methods Control group: regular internal medicinal clinical rounds. Trial group: reformed internal medicinal clinical rounds. The above students were all examed. Results The trial group's results were significantly increaser than the control group's results(85.7(5.32 vs 79.1 (6.01, p 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It is improving students' clinical ability and providing an index for exam through externs initiativly participating in internal medicinal clinical rounds.
