摘要 学位层次多样化和培养模式多样化已成为国际潮流。由于培养目标的不同,在具体要求上也应该有所区别。医学不但是一门自然科学,也是一门人文科学。生物-心理-社会医学模式体现了医学的自然科学属性和人文社会科学属性相互融合的特点。因此,医师作为一种职业,不仅要有知识素养,还需要有道德素养、文化素养、行为素养、语言素养、心理素养、性格素养等方面的素质。临床医学研究生的教育应该是全面面向临床医学工作,立足于培养高素质、高水平的临床医学人才。在加强生物医学基本理论和临床技能训练的基础上,必须掌握科学的思维方法,循证医学,加强与医师职业有关的人文科学、社会科学及相关法律法规的教育,使临床医学研究生真正能适应社会对高级临床医学人才的需要。 Diversification of educational levels and training patterns had become an international tendency, and different demands should be made aocording to different teaching goals. Medicine is not only natural science but also humanities. The bio - psycho - social medical pattern has demonstrated that medicine is an interaction of natural science and humanities. Therefore, a doctor should have both knowledge and other qualities, such as moral, cultural attainments, behavioral quality, language, psychological quality and good, personality. Education of postgraduates in clinical medicine specialty should set foot on the training of first - class medical talents with high quality. On the basis of medical knowledge learning and clinical training, scientific thinking model and evidence - based medicine are also essential for them. In addition, humanities, social science, law and rules associated with medicine are also required to make medical postgraduates competent for social needs.
