摘要
以110kV及以下变电所常见的分段备自投逻辑和进线备自投逻辑为例,结合现场工程实际,分析了许继公司的分段备自投装置WBT-821A的备自投动作逻辑缺陷,分别从软件设计方面和屏柜设计方面提出了改进方法,详细分析了四方公司的进线备投装置CSC-246在主变动作后的特殊逻辑闭锁问题,指出了在使用中应注意的问题。
Taking the bus coupler automatic back-up power sup- ply device logic and line-in automatic back-up power supply device logic of 110kV and the below for instance, and associated with field engineering practice, the logical flaws of segment automatic back-up power supply device WBT-821A are analyzed, and the improved automatic back-up power supply device logic is proposed for software design and panel design. The special automatic back- up power supply device blocking logic problems after the main transformer's fault occurring of the line-in automatic back-up power supply device CSC-246 are analyzed. Some important engi- neering application tips are proposed.
