摘要 基于工频通信(TWACS)方式,设计了一套应用于油田的抽油机电机远程监测系统集中器装置。方法为利用电压过零点调制的原理,通过配电网电压和电流分别携带微弱畸变信号来实现双向通信,从而实现集中器对抽油机电机各种电气参数进行远程实时监测和电机故障报警。经过现场试验运行,满足可视化操作要求,达到实际应用所需精度。 A pumping unit remote monitoring system's con- centrator applied to oil fields designed by using Two-way Automatic Communication System (TWACS). The principle of modulating around voltage zero point is used, and the TWACS carries message by modulating weak distortions on the voltage and current waveforms around voltage zero point so as to realize the two-way communication. The real time remote monitoring is realized for all kinds of electric param- eters and fault alarm of pumping unit electrical Machinery. The test run in oil field shows that this concentrator can meet the needs of visualized measurement and accuracy target
