介绍了PSFD－E的结构及各功能模块的设计，并且用面向对象的方式来构造规则库，利用类的封闭性和继承性，提高了规则的可重用性和专家系统的可维护性。在实际应用中取得了令人满意的结果。

This article introduces the structure of PSFD-E and the design of each functional model, and constructs rule base using Object-oriented method.By using the encapsulation and inheritance property of class, we enhance the reusabilityof rules and maintainability of expert system.We achieve a satisfactory result in the actual application.
