摘要
本文提出了一种基于序列变换的加密方法，并说明了此法解密的困难程度，实例表明该方法易于实现，有较高的实用性。
This paper presents a data enciphering method based on sequence varing and demonstrates difficult degree by using the method to decipher.Testing results show that the encipher method is implemented easily , and with a higher practicality.
